Integrating Compassion & Mindfulness in the Practice of Biofeedback

The practice of biofeedback is designed to assist an individual in their ability to self-regulate through increased self-awareness by the use of physiological measurements.


Utilizing mindfulness in the use of biofeedback provides individuals with the opportunity to develop increased self-awareness and self-regulation skills.
